From molding the clay to setting gemstones and firing them, this workshop is both simple and incredibly enjoyable. You'll also enjoy light snacks and a free friendship bracelet-making session during the break. Plus, take home your ring in a complimentary ring box, perfect for safekeeping! Ideal for couples, best friends, birthday celebrations, and more, this workshop is open to all skill levels—no prior experience needed. Get ready for a memorable, creative day out with your friends and family! If your ring is not successfully made during the workshop, we offer the following options: 1. A homemade kit to try again at home. 2. or we can remake the ring for you. Please note: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling: A $55 service fee applies for rescheduling within 3 days of the workshop date. Missed Workshop: If you miss your session without prior notice, we may offer alternatives such as a DIY kit with materials to complete your project at your own pace. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for no-shows. Booking Deadline: All workshop bookings must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled session. Any call-out private workshop will incur an additional $100 transportation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop Terms & Conditions Thank you for joining our workshop! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following policies before booking. 1. Booking Policy Full payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Bookings are non-transferable to other people without prior written approval. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change! Our rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our time and material planning. Rescheduling Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once for free if you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop. Late Rescheduling (Less Than 3 Days): If you notify us within 72 hours of the workshop, a $55 rescheduling fee will apply. This is to cover materials prepared and your reserved spot. Same-Day Rescheduling or No-Show: Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The session will be considered forfeited. Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we encourage rescheduling within the allowed timeframe. 3. Minimum Attendance Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If a session does not meet the minimum, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to offer a refund or reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time! Workshops start promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you without disrupting the session. 5. Safety & Studio Etiquette Follow all safety instructions and respect the space and other participants. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated. 6. Photos & Media We occasionally take photos during workshops to use on social media and our website. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed. If you have any questions or need help rescheduling, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We’re happy to help!
