Service Description
In this quick, easy and beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll get to: - Make 1 custom Chinese knot—made by you, with your choice of colours - Unlimited character beads—personalise it with your favourite words or characters - Pick 3–4 charms—choose from our big collection of cute and lucky charms - Create a unique piece that’s perfect to keep, gift, or hang on your bag No crafting experience needed, just come along, get creative, and enjoy a relaxing crafternoon! Perfect for beginners, friends, dates, or anyone who loves cute handmade things. *This session will have multiple craft classes running at the same time. If you prefer a private environment, please kindly let me know :) Looking for a private craft session? Choose any date that works for you! Simply send me a request or message me with your preferred date, craft activity, and group size, and I’ll see what we can arrange for you. For private venue events, a $50–$100 transportation fee may apply depending on location.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop Terms & Conditions Thank you for joining our workshop! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following policies before booking. 1. Booking Policy Full payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Bookings are non-transferable to other people without prior written approval. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change! Our rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our time and material planning. Rescheduling Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once for free if you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop. Late Rescheduling (Less Than 3 Days): If you notify us within 72 hours of the workshop, a $45 rescheduling fee will apply. This is to cover materials prepared and your reserved spot. Same-Day Rescheduling or No-Show: Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The session will be considered forfeited. Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we encourage rescheduling within the allowed timeframe. 3. Minimum Attendance Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If a session does not meet the minimum, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to offer a refund or reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time! Workshops start promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you without disrupting the session. 5. Safety & Studio Etiquette Follow all safety instructions and respect the space and other participants. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated. 6. Photos & Media We occasionally take photos during workshops to use on social media and our website. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed. If you have any questions or need help rescheduling, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We’re happy to help!
