Service Description
Discover the beautiful Japanese art of Kinusaiga — a traditional fabric art technique that creates detailed pictures using pieces of fabric, without sewing! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your very own Kinusaiga artwork using a beautiful selection of colourful fabrics. What’s included ️ -Create your own artwork up to A4 size -Choose from a wide variety of fabrics and patterns ️ -All materials and tools are provided -Bring your own line-work design, or choose from our collection of templates -Step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process -Take home your finished handmade artwork Whether you’re completely new to Kinusaiga or simply looking for a relaxing creative activity, I’ll guide you through each step and help you turn fabric pieces into your own unique artwork. Multiple craft classes may be running during the same session. If you prefer a more private environment, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Looking for a private craft session? Choose any date that works for you! Simply send us a request or message with your preferred date, craft activity and group size, and we’ll see what we can arrange for you. For private venue events, a $50–$100 transportation fee may apply depending on the location.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop Terms & Conditions Thank you for joining our workshop! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following policies before booking. 1. Booking Policy Full payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Bookings are non-transferable to other people without prior written approval. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change! Our rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our time and material planning. Rescheduling Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once for free if you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop. Late Rescheduling (Less Than 3 Days): If you notify us within 72 hours of the workshop, a $45 rescheduling fee will apply. This is to cover materials prepared and your reserved spot. Same-Day Rescheduling or No-Show: Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The session will be considered forfeited. Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we encourage rescheduling within the allowed timeframe. 3. Minimum Attendance Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If a session does not meet the minimum, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to offer a refund or reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time! Workshops start promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you without disrupting the session. 5. Safety & Studio Etiquette Follow all safety instructions and respect the space and other participants. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated. 6. Photos & Media We occasionally take photos during workshops to use on social media and our website. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed. If you have any questions or need help rescheduling, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We’re happy to help!
