Join us for a fun and creative 1.5-hour workshop where you’ll design and customise your very own Italian charm bracelet. Choose from a large selection of silver-tone charms and create a unique piece that reflects your personality and style. Perfect for beginners, friends, date nights, or anyone who loves jewellery and crafts What’s Included: * One finished silver-tone Italian charm bracelet * Unlimited silver-tone charms to choose from during the workshop * All tools and step-by-step guidance provided * Your personalised bracelet to take home * Light snacks and refreshments Please Note: * Each bracelet can include a maximum of 16–25 charms depending on bracelet size and design. * All selected charms must be connected as a completed bracelet and cannot be taken separately for other purposes. * This workshop is beginner-friendly and no experience is needed. * Please note: multiple craft classes may be running during this session. If you prefer a more private environment, feel free to let me know in advance. * For private venue events, a $50–$100 transportation fee may apply depending on location. * Due to limited seating and preparation requirements, bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
Workshop Terms & Conditions Thank you for joining our workshop! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following policies before booking. 1. Booking Policy Full payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Bookings are non-transferable to other people without prior written approval. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change! Our rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our time and material planning. Rescheduling Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once for free if you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop. Late Rescheduling (Less Than 3 Days): If you notify us within 72 hours of the workshop, a $45 rescheduling fee will apply. This is to cover materials prepared and your reserved spot. Same-Day Rescheduling or No-Show: Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The session will be considered forfeited. Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we encourage rescheduling within the allowed timeframe. 3. Minimum Attendance Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If a session does not meet the minimum, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to offer a refund or reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time! Workshops start promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you without disrupting the session. 5. Safety & Studio Etiquette Follow all safety instructions and respect the space and other participants. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated. 6. Photos & Media We occasionally take photos during workshops to use on social media and our website. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed. If you have any questions or need help rescheduling, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We’re happy to help!
