How to use?
 1. Clean the outer ear with the alcohol pad provided
 2. Use tweezers to gently peel and pick up a seed
 3. Refer to a pressure point chart 
 4. Press seed onto desired point on the ear
 5. Hold your finger down on the seed for 10 seconds to ensure it sticks
 6. Massage 3 to 5 times a day to boost the effects
 7. Wear for about 2-5 days, then slowly remove and discard, clean the area afterward
Aftercare Tips
1. Avoid getting the area wet for the first few hours
2. Do not wear ear seeds longer than 5 days
3. Let your skin rest 1–2 days before reapplying to the same spot
4. Discontinue use if you experience redness, irritation, or discomfort
✨ Ear Seed Care & Info ✨
Ear seeds are delicate and designed for short-term use — they don’t last forever. It’s normal for them to start falling off after 2 days or during a shower. To help them last longer, keep the area dry or gently dry your ear after bathing.
If the pressure pellet (the small metal part that stimulates your pressure point) comes off, don’t worry! Simply clean it with the included alcohol pad, restick it to the adhesive pad, and reapply.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, ear seeds are non-refundable once opened.
